Gerardo Ortiz Medina was born on October 5, 1989. Ortiz is a widely recognized and celebrated American-Mexican singer, songwriter and producer. Growing up he always had a passion for music and by the time he was eight years old he was making it. His career officially began in 2010, when he released his debut album known as “Ni Hoy Ni Mañana.” The album generated massive commercial success and included hit singles “A la Moda” and “La Ultima Sombra.” He followed-up with another massively successful album known as “Entre Dios y El Diablo.” In 2013, he released his third album, “Archivos de Mi Vida” in which he incorporated new sounds including mariachi. He has received several awards, accolades and Grammy nominations.
